Seniors
The three teams at the top of the ladder all recorded hefty wins in round six, solidifying their commanding leads over the rest of the competition. Moe, Wonthaggi and Leongatha are all sitting on a 5-1 record with Traralgon on 4-2.
Round seven will see Traralgon Maroons go up against Wonthaggi Power at Traralgon’s home ground.
Moe Lion’s Ben Crocker put eight of their fifteen goals through the big sticks in the Lions win over Sale. Traralgon had the second and third top goal scorers in their thumping win over Drouin, with Dylan Loprese slotting seven and Tye Hourigan six.

Reserves
There’s a four way race for the top spot in the Gippsland League’s football reserves. Traralgon, Leongatha, Wonthaggi and Moe have all recorded five wins and one loss. Traralgon Maroons and Wonthaggi Power face off on Saturday May 24 at Traralgon showgrounds.
Top goal scorers: Traralgon Maroons’ Oliver Haberl kicked seven goals for his side in their overwhelming win against Drouin, with teammate Jaxon Mudita kicking five.
